Cremation is a respectful process using heat to return the body to its natural elements, leaving behind ashes.

These ashes are respectfully collected and can be kept, scattered or placed in a special resting place.

We offer collection from your vet clinic during clinic hours (currently Ashburton and Methven)

We can also collect from your home by arrangement, including evenings and weekends.

We can collect from outside the Ashburton District by arrangement; however, this will incur a travel charge.

We understand the importance of being there at your time of need, and can discuss individual requests.

We aim to have a prompt return of your pet's ashes.

Depending on the return option you choose, the majority of pets' ashes will be returned within a week of collection.

Reterniti stones will take additional time.

Yes.

We have strict processes to ensure that we can personally guarantee you will only ever get your pet's ashes back.

We cremate any pets that are under 100kg, and treat every animal with the same care and respect, no matter the species.

Some farm pets will have specific cremation requirements so please contact us directly for more information on this.

If your pet is sent to us via your vet clinic, they will bill you directly.

For private cremations, we require pre-payment. We accept Afterpay, but please note that an additional fee for Afterpay will apply.

Collection is available from select veterinary clinics in Methven and Ashburton, as well as from homes in Mid Canterbury by arrangement.

Yes. Microchips are safe to cremate, but all pacemakers must be removed before cremation.

Call us to discuss this if it applies to your pet.

Surgical metal implants do not have to be removed, but will not be included in the ash return.
